The popular beauty podcast "Mirror Stories" has released a new summer episode in which beauty enthusiasts Anu Saagim and Reet Härmat discuss self-value as a daily practice.

In the episode, the two renowned beauty experts emphasize the idea that true beauty doesn't come solely from procedures or cosmetic products. Rather, it all starts deeper, from understanding what a person considers good enough for their body, skin and soul.

"When you choose the best for yourself, the mirror looks at you differently too," says Saagim in the summer episode, stressing that everyday choices shape both appearance and self-esteem.

Saagim and Härmat point out that pleasure and self-care can be expressed in many different forms, whether it's food on a plate, a favorite product on the bathroom shelf, or a decision to reconsider an old habit. What matters is awareness and the will to make good choices for oneself.
