Bennet Korjus wins Estonian championship go-kart race in Käina

The first Estonian championship go-kart racing round was held in Käina, Hiiumaa. Twelve-year-old Bennet Korjus won in the OK-N Junior class, taking the lead on the penultimate lap. Patrick Orvandi finished second and Märten Mäemurd third.

The third Estonian championship round of the season took place on the go-kart track in Käina, Hiiumaa, the first time since the track opened in 2022. The new facility hosted the championship event for the first time and did so successfully, drawing a large field of competitors.

The OK-N Junior class attracted the most participants, with drivers giving their all to secure podium positions. In an exciting final, 12-year-old Bennet Korjus moved into the lead on the penultimate lap and managed to hold first place until crossing the finish line. Patrick Orvandi took second place and Märten Mäemurd finished third.
