Builder selected for second phase of Haapsalu Marienholm luxury residential development

The second phase of Haapsalu's seaside Marienholm residential development is moving forward: Scandium Kinnisvara has chosen Grand Ehitus OÜ as the builder, who will begin work in June 2026. The €8 million investment will bring 25 new beachfront homes and a parking area to the peninsula, with completion in summer 2027.

Development of the luxury residential area on Haapsalu's Marienholm peninsula is progressing: Scandium Kinnisvara has selected Grand Ehitus OÜ as the builder for the second phase, with construction work to commence in June 2026.

The new phase will feature 25 beachfront homes and a parking area on the Marienholm peninsula. The project will be completed in summer 2027 with a total investment of €8 million.

The Marienholm development is one of Western Estonia's most prominent real estate projects, combining a beachfront location with parks and quality residential spaces. The addition of the second phase will significantly enhance the peninsula's living environment in terms of both the number of homes and public spaces.
