An unusual traffic incident occurred in Habaja village in Koze Parish on the evening of 30 May: a car drove over a brick-built speed bump and sustained damage as a result.

Emergency responders were called to the scene to deal with the situation. The brick-built speed bump, colloquially referred to as a "sleeping policeman," is not a standard traffic control device – typically, official concrete or asphalt speed bumps are installed on roads.

At present, it remains unclear who placed the brick speed bump on the road and why, or exactly how the vehicle was damaged. It is possible that this was an illegally installed obstruction.
