Director Vallo Toomla's film "Beatrice" wraps filming in Vilnius

Director Vallo Toomla's international feature film "Beatrice" completed filming on 5 June at KinoStudija film studio in Vilnius. Over five weeks, the film was shot in Tartu, Tallinn, and Vilnius. The film, produced through collaboration between Estonia, Lithuania, and Italy, will be released in cinemas in February 2028.

Director Vallo Toomla's new feature film "Beatrice" wrapped filming on 5 June at KinoStudija film studio in Vilnius. The five-week production period took the crew to three countries and three cities.

Filming took place in Estonia and the neighbouring country of Lithuania, with scenes shot on the streets of Tartu and Tallinn as well as at the Vilnius studio. The international co-production brings together filmmakers from Estonia, Lithuania, and Italy.

The film "Beatrice" is scheduled for cinema release in February 2028.
