Emor June Survey: Isamaa and Centre Party Continue to Lead
The Kantar Emor June party rating survey shows that Isamaa and the Centre Party maintain their leading positions, with the gap between them remaining within the margin of error. Government coalition support fell to just 14 per cent. The Centre Party's popularity grew among ethnic Estonians but declined among respondents from other nationalities.
EstoniaThe Kantar Emor June survey shows that there have been no significant changes in Estonian party ratings, with Isamaa continuing to lead the table at 23.5 per cent, but its advantage over the Centre Party in second place (21.5%) remains within the margin of error.
Standing of the largest parties
The Social Democratic Party (SDE) remains in third place with 16.2 per cent. EKRE is in fourth place with 13.4 per cent, and the ruling Reform Party is in fifth place with 12.0 per cent. Support for the right-wing parties have remained almost unchanged compared to May, at 8.7%, while coalition partner Estonia 200 has a rating of 2.1%. Support for the parties Koos, Greens and Estonian Conservatives remains below one per cent.
The combined support for the government coalition (Reform Party + Estonia 200) fell to 14 per cent in June. Twenty-three per cent of respondents were unable to state a preference.
Differences between ethnic groups
Among ethnic Estonian respondents, Isamaa is in first place with 27 per cent. SDE follows with 18%, EKRE with 15%, the Reform Party with 14% and the Centre Party with 13%, the latter rising significantly from May's 9 per cent. Among respondents from other nationalities, the Centre Party continues to dominate clearly, supported by 66% of this voter group, although this figure was 74% in May. SDE and Koos each achieved 7%, Isamaa 6% and EKRE 5%.
Tallinn and Ida-Virumaa
In Tallinn, the Centre Party is most popular at 30 per cent, but its support has fallen from 35 per cent a month ago. SDE comes next with 21 per cent, Isamaa with 19 per cent, up from 14 per cent the previous month. The Reform Party achieved 12%, EKRE 7%, the right-wing parties 6% and Estonia 200 3%.
In Ida-Virumaa, the Centre Party is still supported by 54% of respondents, although this figure was 62% in May. In all other regions of Estonia, Isamaa is in first place.
Age and gender
Social Democrats are most popular among the youngest voters in the age groups 18-24 and 25-34. Isamaa is strongest among those aged 50-74. Among those aged 35-49, Isamaa and the Centre Party are virtually equal. Among those over 75, the Centre Party is most popular.
Among men, Isamaa and EKRE stand out, while among women, social democrats, centre party members and reform party members stand out. The right-wing parties and Estonia 200 show no significant gender differences.
The survey was conducted from 8 to 17 June 2026 using a combined method of online survey and telephone interviews. A total of 1,587 eligible Estonian citizens participated in the survey. The maximum possible margin of error is ±2.1 per cent.
