Estonian company Verston Group OÜ has announced the full acquisition of Smartecon OÜ, an energy infrastructure firm, marking a significant step in the group's regional expansion strategy.

The transaction gives Verston Group a 100% ownership stake in Smartecon, bringing in-house the expertise needed to develop complete energy infrastructure projects. According to the company, the acquisition strengthens its capabilities not only within Estonia and the broader Baltic region, but also in markets further afield.
