Estonia's Defence Intelligence: Russia has failed to achieve any strategic objectives in Ukraine

According to the intelligence centre's assessment, Russia has failed to achieve any of its strategic objectives, despite significant military resources and casualties. Ukraine, despite the pressure, has held onto its territory and continued its resistance.

The prolongation of the war demonstrates that the original Russian plan for a rapid military campaign has completely failed. Ukraine has been able to mobilize both its society and international support, turning the conflict into a protracted standoff.
