Europe's largest mural to cover 5,000 m² wall at Tallinn's Ülemiste City
A massive mural spanning nearly 5,000 square metres is being created on a faded wall at Ülemiste City in Tallinn. Upon completion autumn 2026, it will become the largest wall painting in Europe. The work is by Estonian street artist Silver "SBoy" Seeblum.
CultureA faded, oversized wall at Tallinn's Ülemiste City business district is set for a dramatic transformation. By autumn 2026, it will be home to a nearly 5,000-square-metre mural that is expected to become the largest of its kind in Europe.
The artwork is the creation of Estonian street artist Silver "SBoy" Seeblum, who has taken on the monumental task as the most ambitious project of his career.
An unprecedented creative challenge
«This is the biggest challenge of my life so far. The greatest creative freedom and the largest project I have ever led,» Silver Seeblum said of the undertaking.
The sheer scale of the work sets it apart from anything previously attempted in European street art. At close to 5,000 square metres, the finished mural will dwarf other large-format urban artworks across the continent.
Ülemiste City as a canvas
Ülemiste City, Tallinn's major technology and business hub, provides the backdrop for the project. The vast, weathered wall that had long gone unnoticed will now serve as a landmark canvas visible across the district.
The project highlights a growing trend of combining urban development with public art, turning functional infrastructure into cultural landmarks. Once completed, the mural is expected to draw attention both locally and internationally, putting Tallinn on the map as a destination for large-scale street art.
