Hedvig Hanson's shock: AI transformed her on concert poster into Anu Saagim

Jazz singer Hedvig Hanson discovered that AI technology was used to alter her appearance beyond recognition on concert promotional posters. The singer calls for limits on the arbitrary use of artificial intelligence and emphasizes that advertising should be created with human skill and heart.

Jazz singer Hedvig Hanson (51) raised a sharp issue on social media after discovering that AI had transformed her into a different person on promotional posters for her summer concerts. According to the singer, the altered image resembles a "romantic Anu Saagim" rather than herself.

"GOOD LORD! I think people really ought to start drawing a line with AI usage! Now I've seen myself processed like that, and I've turned into quite the romantic Anu Saagim!" Hanson wrote in her post, adding that she has noticed for some time that artists in concert advertisements have been altered beyond recognition in their photos. "It's ridiculous and unacceptable."

A real artist on a real piano

Hanson emphasizes that advertisements should be made with human craftsmanship and heart, and hopes that the "AI absurdity" will end at some point. "Soon we won't be able to tell right from wrong anymore, and that's the scariest part. Unfortunately, advertising, entertainment and (social) media encourage this brain decay," she reflects.

As part of the "Unforgettable Songs" concert series, Hanson will perform at two Forgotten Estates festivals: on July 4 at Rogosi Manor and on July 18 at Puurmani Manor. "Come watch and listen to a REAL artist playing a REAL piano and performing songs written by REAL composers! It's starting to feel like AI is laughing at people," she added, inviting the public to attend.
