Kiskonen finishes in top 20 at Japan Tour, Taaramäe's teammate wins

The final stage of the Japan Tour was held on Sunday on the streets of Tokyo. Estonian cyclists Siim Kiskonen and Rein Taaramäe competed in the 107.8-kilometre final stage.

The 28th Japan Tour concluded in Tokyo on Sunday with a 107.8-kilometre final stage through the streets of Tokyo. Estonian cycling fans had the chance to follow two domestic riders competing for different teams.

Siim Kiskonen of Levante Fuji Shizuoka secured 16th place in the final stage, which placed him in the top 20 overall. Rein Taaramäe, who rides for Kinan Racing Team, finished the same stage in 50th position.

The victory in the final stage was claimed by Taaramäe's teammate from Kinan Racing Team, which marked a significant result for the team as the tour concluded.
