Jevgeni Andrejenok from Kohtla-Järve, who is accused of a terrorism offence, is being held on remand in Tallinn prison. For prison staff, he has become a genuine headache, employing every possible tactic to make their work difficult.

Andrejenok's favourite trick is flooding his cell floor – he lets water run until the floor is covered with several centimetres of water. In addition, he regularly covers up both the surveillance camera and the door's observation window, thereby obstructing prison staff supervision.

Moreover, the young man's provocations do not stop at blocking cameras and flooding with water – he openly challenges guards to fight. Through such behaviour, Andrejenok has made himself a particularly problematic inmate for Tallinn prison staff.
