Ksenia Komarov wins Estonia's first Sauna Herbal Cup 2026

On 12-13 June 2026, Elamus Spa hosted the Sauna Herbal Cup 2026, an international sauna competition held for the first time in Estonia. Elamus Spa sauna master Ksenia Komarov was crowned champion, her ritual drawing inspiration from childhood memories of a bakery. Ksenia now represents Estonian sauna culture on the European stage.

The Sauna Herbal Cup 2026, held at Elamus Spa, brought together sauna culture enthusiasts over two days, 12 and 13 June 2026, to determine the best sauna ritual in Estonia. This was the competition's first-ever edition in Estonia.

Elamus Spa sauna master Ksenia Komarov was declared the winner, her ritual evoking the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a bakery, drawing inspiration from childhood memories. Scents, touch, music and storytelling came together as a whole, transporting sauna-goers momentarily away from reality.

The strength of the experience Komarov created lay in how different sensory elements worked together in harmony: body and emotions were influenced simultaneously, creating a deep relaxation experience.
