Former television presenter Maire Aunaste has found a new home in Viljandi, where she lives in a creative environment that inspires her daily. The Ringvaade programme team visited her there and gained insight into what life looks like for Aunaste outside the television screen.

A greenhouse is located by Aunaste's house, but instead of tomatoes, it is art that grows there. This creative space has become an integral part of her everyday life and reflects her nature well — unexpected and original.

In conversation with Ringvaade, Aunaste did not shy away from personal topics either. She noted, among other things, that breaking up with men is much more interesting than getting to know them — a statement that prompts reflection on her attitude towards relationships more generally.

Viljandi has become a true home for Aunaste, not merely a place of residence. The small town's peaceful pace and creative atmosphere clearly suit her much better than the hustle and bustle of life in the capital.
