Pille Mutli (59), a mentor and coach from Tallinn, has spent decades carefully observing how people age, and has made it clear to herself what suits her and what does not. For her, ageing is not something that simply happens: it is a journey that can be shaped.

The catalyst for more active change came from a body composition analysis that revealed how old her body actually felt. The result was a wake-up call that prompted her to examine her habits and lifestyle with a critical eye.

Pille is a mother of five children and a grandmother of seven grandchildren. Professionally, she works as a mentor and coach whose main task is to help people notice where they have become stuck and to find ways out.

"It is said that people grow most in crisis situations," says Pille. "When your back is against the wall, there is nowhere left to retreat and you cannot see a way out, and you are forced to step outside your usual comfort zone, to look at things from the side and see a different perspective."

According to Pille, she has repeatedly experienced such situations in her own life and has come to understand that not everyone copes with such circumstances. "That is why I share my experiences, to ease the path for others. After all, we go through similar lessons in life, just in different forms," she says.
