According to the supplementary budget, state revenues will decrease by a total of €24 million. On the expenditure side, a €4.4 million increase is planned, while investments will decrease by €1.5 million.

The most significant change concerns the financing transactions budget, which will grow by €37.9 million. This indicates that the state intends to take on additional borrowing or otherwise restructure its financial obligations.
