Steff Grilli owner Stefan, however, believes the criticism has crossed the line of good taste. "Does anyone really think I would damage my name, reputation and business for a few dozen euros?" Stefan asked, pointing out that allegations related to serious violations are unsubstantiated and unfair.

According to Stefan, such public criticism damages the restaurant's reputation without foundation, as the claims are based on assumptions rather than proven facts. He emphasizes that the restaurant has long-standing experience and that responsible conduct towards its customers is important to him.
