The Tallinn Children's Hospital Support Fund achieved a new record in 2025: it received donations totalling over 4.19 million euros, the largest annual sum in the fund's history. The range of donors was impressively wide, encompassing both large enterprises and tens of thousands of individuals across Estonia.

The most significant single contribution, 2.5 million euros, was raised to finance life-saving gene therapy for 10-year-old Sebastian. Gene therapy is one of the most expensive treatment methods in the world, and without this exceptional fundraising campaign, the family would not have been able to afford it.

The remaining funds were directed towards supporting multiple children's treatment projects and acquiring new medical equipment, which directly improves the quality of life and treatment prospects for children receiving care at the hospital. The support fund emphasises that every donation, whether large or small, plays a crucial role in working towards children's health and wellbeing.

The record result demonstrates that Estonians' willingness to support those in need remains high. Over the years, the Tallinn Children's Hospital Support Fund has become one of the most important platforms for community charity in Estonia, bringing donors together around a common goal: children's health and welfare.
