Pop star Taylor Swift and American footballer Travis Kelce are planning to marry in early July in New York, but the exact location of the wedding has not been disclosed even to invited guests. British publication Mirror reports that guests have been told only that they must be in New York in early July, with no further details provided to them.

According to a source cited by Us Weekly, invitations have already been sent out, but the big day has been kept extraordinarily secret. The couple's inner circle has been unable to confirm the exact venue where the ceremony will take place.

Madison Square Garden has been mentioned as one possible location. The venue is known primarily as a concert and sports arena, but has historically hosted weddings as well. In 1974, musician Sly Stone married Kathy Silva there. Mirror notes that the arena has been issued permits for loading theatrical equipment from 29 June to 4 July, and a permit has also been requested for installing security barriers in front of the building. This has fuelled speculation about Swift and Kelce's wedding venue.

Additionally, fans have noted the arena's empty schedule-with a Bon Jovi concert on 29 June and another scheduled for 7 July, no other public events are currently planned at Madison Square Garden in between.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been a couple since July 2023. Last August, the couple announced their engagement, with Swift sharing photos of the moment when Kelce got down on one knee and presented her with a large diamond ring. The couple themselves have not yet confirmed either the wedding date or the venue.
