Teigamägi Reveals Vice-Presidential Candidates for EOK Campaign
Erich Teigamägi, who is running for the Estonian Olympic Committee presidency, has introduced four vice-presidential candidates with whom he plans to lead Estonian sports. The vice presidents would be responsible for specific areas and work on a voluntary basis.
SportErich Teigamägi, candidate for the Estonian Olympic Committee (EOK) presidency, has announced the composition of his future team, naming four people he wants as vice presidents. According to Teigamägi, these are people with strong expertise in the sports sector who will not need a lengthy induction period when taking office.
According to the candidate's vision, EOK management would be clearly divided by areas of responsibility, with each vice president having their own portfolio and all working on a voluntary basis rather than as paid officials. This structure should, in Teigamägi's view, ensure efficient and professional management.
Teigamägi stressed that his chosen team consists of people who understand Estonian sports from within and are able to start working immediately. The EOK presidential elections are taking place in the coming weeks, and Teigamägi is one of the more active candidates in the campaign.
