For the occasion, Tomas prepared a surprise for his wife, organising a party with the help of friends, which Mallu knew nothing about.

In the couple's shared YouTube vlog, it emerges that Mallu left home in the morning in a grumpy mood, unsuspecting that a surprise party awaited her. "Mallu doesn't know anything about this, she left home this morning in a mood," Tomas said in the video.

To keep his wife from suspecting anything, Tomas used a simple trick. "I told her we were going out for dinner where we could have champagne and oysters," he explained. In addition, Tomas also ordered a miniature wedding cake for the occasion, which recalled the couple's wedding day.
