Traffic arrangement changes at Hipodroom junction from 25 June in Tallinn

From 25 June, a new 2+1 traffic arrangement will be implemented in Tallinn on Paldiski Road during construction work at Hipodroom junction. This applies to the section from Moon Street to Merelahe and will remain in effect until the end of August. The junction remains open to traffic, but drivers must account for changed conditions and possible additional travel time.

Reconstruction works at Tallinn's Hipodroom junction are moving to the next phase: from 25 June 2026, the traffic arrangement will change on Paldiski Road in the section from Moon Street to Merelahe, where a new 2+1 traffic scheme will be introduced.

The new traffic arrangement will be in effect until the end of August. The junction itself remains open to traffic, but road users must allow extra time and be careful in the changed traffic conditions.
