EstoniaAn unknown gunman has been active in Tallinn's Lasnamäe district, targeting residents' parked cars. At the beginning of the week, residents in apartment courtyards on Kivila Street discovered bullet holes in their vehicle windows.
Vladimir, one of the affected residents and a local of the area, found on Monday that his wife's car windshield had been shattered. At first, he couldn't figure out exactly what had happened – it was only later that it became clear this was an intentional act, and the same had happened to other neighbours' cars.
Police are aware of the incident and are investigating the circumstances.
